When we solicited "recommended sightseeing spots in Kyushu" on SNS, we received more than 200 comments. Kyushu, which has many sightseeing spots such as Aso, Dazaifu, hot springs, and Sakurajima, was the most popular.

#5 Yufuin
In 5th place, "Yufuin" in Oita Prefecture, a popular resort area called "Karuizawa of Kyushu" , which received 14 votes, ranked in! It is a summer resort with rich nature and fresh air. If you want to take a walk, we recommend Yunotsubo Kaido, which is lined with souvenir shops and gourmet restaurants. There are many power spots and hot springs, and it is attractive that you can relax and refresh yourself.
4th place Sakurajima
Kagoshima's symbol "Sakurajima" , which won 15 votes, ranked in 4th place! Isn't there a lot of people who visited on a school trip? It is an active volcano that continues to be active even now , and can be seen from everywhere in Kagoshima Prefecture. Access is about 15 minutes by ferry from Kagoshima City . There are plenty of guided tours and activities that take advantage of the charm of nature.
3rd place Huis Ten Bosch
The 3rd place is "Huis Ten Bosch" , the largest theme park in Japan that reproduces the streets of the Netherlands, with 21 votes! You can enjoy the feeling of visiting a foreign country while staying in Japan. Especially during the Christmas season, the illuminations are gorgeous and spectacular. The Italian restaurant "Pinocchio" in the park has excellent pizza , so we highly recommend it.
#2 Beppu
Beppu in Oita Prefecture ranked second with 22 votes! It is a famous tourist destination nationwide as a hot spring town. The “Jigoku Meguri,” a hot spring tour that you can enjoy watching, and the “Yukemuri Observatory,” where you can see the view of rising smoke, are also popular. It's been noticeably cold lately, so I'd like to go soak in the simmering hot water of Beppu Onsen.
1st place Aso
Kumamoto prefecture's "Aso" won 32 votes! In addition to places where you can feel the grandeur of nature, such as Daikanbo and Kusasenri, there are also theme parks such as Cuddly Dominion and Farmland where you can come into contact with various animals .
