鹿児島名物の「しろくま」は、削りたてのふわふわなかき氷に、練乳をたっぷりとかけ、色とりどりのフルーツや小豆を盛り付けた贅沢なスイーツです。
上から見た時のトッピングの配置が白熊の顔に見えたことからその名がついたと言われており、今や鹿児島観光には欠かせないご当地グルメの筆頭です。練乳の優しい甘さと、みかんやパイナップルなどの酸味が絶妙にマッチし、ボリューム満点ながら最後まで飽きずに楽しめます。最近では、抹茶味やチョコレート味などバリエーションも豊富に展開されています。

Shirokuma: Kagoshima’s Iconic Shaved Ice Dessert
